Impressions of the changing light throughout the day inspired this series of carpets named “Shadow and Light.” This design, depicting a moody forest at the crack of dawn, brings out the subtle contrast between light and shade. The wave-like pattern starts from a top corner and extends throughout the whole carpet, like a painter slowly painted the brushstrokes. Matte silk weaving adds a texture that reflects light, making it a carpet that changes with the natural light outside.
